Jay Bilas just tossed out a Great line on College GameDay. GameDay is at Louisville for tonight's Big East tilt between Louisville and Georgetown. As they were making their picks, everyone but Jay pandered to the crowd and picked Louisville. Jay was heartily (though perhaps not lustily) for his pick. When Rece Davis said something about it, Jay said, "Hey, they should be cheering me. I hung up that championship banner in '86. If I could guard Pervis Ellison, it'd be in Durham right now." One of the many things that make Jay one of my favorite college hoops commentators.
